Currently all countries have problems because of reduced resources, caused explore new resources boom. Especially in the field of deep-sea resources, underwater equipment used to explore different depths(such as HOV, ROV submersible), it is currently being used in the most intuitive underwater cutting-edge technology and equipment. The ROV, deep sea towed body deep-water operation equipment such as cloth work mode generally divided into two stages: one is through the bearing winch equipment from the mother ship to a certain depth of underwater; the second through the umbilical cord rope or micro optical cable with large depth of underwater equipment operation, at the same time to the deep sea power equipment, to deck units transmit real-time information.Nowadays, people have set our sights on the deep ocean, especially in the world’s deepest trench-Mariana Trench. The development of deep-sea areas, to promote the development of underwater equipment operating depth increasing functional requirements of the equipment continues to improve, with a length of cable with the use of winches and their own underwater weight is increased, the cable winch drum wrapped with layers continue increase with the size of the cable under tension is increasing. Winch during laying deep-sea recovery device, prone to subsea equipment to withstand the mother ship heave movement and traction with cable tension is too large, chaotic cable appears on reel(empty slots, bite cables, cable back), cable clip, cable with its breaking even, losing underwater equipment and other undesirable phenomena. In short, as the bearer of underwater winch device core equipment, it can adapt to the complex sea conditions, to meet the requirements of equipment, providing a stable and secure operational capacity, protect the system from undesirable phenomenon, directly related to the deck and underwater systems equipment safe and normal operation and staff. Winches for deep sea use, does not have a complete and effective domestic and international deep-sea winch system.For the use of depth of equipment in the deep sea, the traditional winch has been unable to meet the requirements of the use of deep-sea winch operations. In the case of deep-sea equipment for complex conditions fixed-point operations, this paper carried out research on deep dipping winch system, the design of a complete set of ten thousand meters deep sea winch system level, and its key core system: laying recovery system, automatic discharge cable systems, heave compensation system and reduce tension system of a clear division of work and technical studies.
