Asymmetric synthesis is a hot field in modem organic and Pharmaceutical synthesis. Development of high effective and enantionselective catalyst play an important role in Asymmetric synthesis.Two series of novel catalyst were prepared from proline as starting material, application in synthesis Pharmaceutical Intermediate.This dissertation consisted of three chapters:The first chapter , we simply outlined develop of the structure modification of chrial proline catalyst, especially introduction chiral pyrrolidinemethanol and prolinamide derivatives applications in asymmetric catalysis and the synthesis of chiral drug.The second chapter, we study on synthesis of fluoro-substituted pyrrolidinemethanol derivatives as a novel catalyst, and their applications in asymmetric sythesis dihydropyran derivatives.The thrid chapter, we study on synthesis of prolinamide derivatives as a novel catalyst by Mannich reaction. Then its catalytic activity was investigated by promoting asymmetric Michael Addition of carbonyl compounds toα,β-unsaturated nitroolefins. |
