With the continuous economic development, the seriousness of the problem of airpollution caused the attention of the community, especially dangers for the human of PM2.5particulate pollutants. Now countries and provinces have started to detect and manage PM2.5.Electrostatic precipitators as an important device for dust, but the collection efficiency is low.In order to improve electrostatic precipitator collection effect on the fine dust especially forPM2.5, carried out a series of experiments to find the best method. In order to be able to efficiently collected on PM2.5,atomized water electricity used inthe field of electrostatic precipitator and compared with dry electrode. During the experiment, the first measurement of the dry electrode and atomized water electricity volt-amperecharacteristics and analyze; In order to determine the current of the two electrodes in differentregions of the collecting plate collecting plate to the partition were measured dry electrodes, atomized water electrodes in different regions of the current collecting plate, and experimentaldata analysis; pulverized coal as the object of study, compared to the percentage of the twoelectrodes of PM2.5collected at different voltages and coagulation effect of the dry electrode, atomized water and electricity is a very fine dust collection, the results show that:The same voltage, the current of atomized water and electricity than dry electrode,40kVas the voltage increases, the impact of a Taylor cone formation leaving the current gapbetween the two electrodes to shrink and therefore suitable for the control of the supplyvoltage at the40kV;atomized water and electricity through the partition plate experimentsshows very good binding effect of the charge generated by corona discharge, which offers thepossibility of fine dust in the the atomization electric field of charged and collision, atomizedwater and electricity pole pairsthe pulverized coal collection laid the foundation.Different collecting images by adjusting the shaker in the discharge electrode and thelocation of the collecting plate, indicating the presence of the ion wind, and the ionic wind inthe vicinity of the collecting plate showing a "double helix" structure; in accordance with thedust in the staticthe precipitator pressure, and the state of motion to determine the location of the shaker should be in the middle of the discharge electrodes and collecting plates.Drawn by the contrast between two electrodes of coal particles of fine dust collectionexperiments atomized water electrodes is higher than the effect of PM2.5collected onpulverized coal dry electrode, in particular, better particle size less than1sub-micron dustcollection effectreduce in favor of the liquid droplets and solid fine dust coagulation, as thevoltage increases, the aerosol droplet size and improve the collection efficiency of fine dust;according to the analysis of the two electrode coagulation effect in strong electriccoronadischarge process, the atomized droplets size distribution range is also35to70range, thephenomenon is more conducive to the condensate in the solid-liquid two-phase material, theatomized water and electricity very fine dust bettercollection effect.
