In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in traditional dry corona dischargedesulfurization technology, people bring atomization discharge technology into the wet fluegas desulfurization (FGD) technology in recent years. But the existing atomizationdesulfurization ways which use pressure nozzle increase the complexity of the equipment.This thesis dispense with the atomization corona way of first atomization then charge in thepresent research, and it bring cavity atomization corona discharge technology into wetcalcium FGD technology by pathbreakingly. The experiment uses the structure form withwater electrode contact ionization. In order to improve the desulfurization efficiency of thedesulfurizer, we use the energy which produces by corona discharge to catalyzedesulfurization of lime slurry. This result can broaden the ideas of the development ofatomization desulfurization technology.Focus on the analysis of the effect with atomization corona discharge of different factorsin the experiment, such as discharge structure, atomization electrode, relative positions of twoelectrodes and liquid property. Analyzing the feasibility of atomization discharge which usedin FGD field and argument each factors of atomization discharge. The results show that:1The atomization corona discharge technology can effectively improve the charge ofdroplets because of its high-efficiency mechanism in charge. This makes positive influence inefficiency improving of FGD later. The voltage and desulfurization liquid property will makegreat influence with atomization effect of the liquid. The atomization effect of the liquid is thekey factor of desulfurization effect.2The electric field can effectively improve the desulfurization ability of the desulfurizationliquid. And the liquid desulfurization ability will raise obviously while the electric fieldstrength increased. Only rely on electric field can make the desulfurization ability of thedesulfurization liquid raise2.89%6.81%when the concentration of sulfur dioxide (SO2) was46133.33mg/m3,flue gas retention time was5minutes and the voltage was less than30kV. In addition to the voltage, the concentration of sulfur dioxide, flue gas retention time and theconcentration of the lime slurry were also some important influence factors of thedesulphurization performance. The desulfurization efficiency of this device can reach morethan95%when the concentration of sulfur dioxide was46133.33mg/m3, working voltagewas25kV, flue gas retention time was5minutes and the mass concentration of lime slurrywas10%. According to the properties of the gas to be treated and the demand of processingresults, need to adjust the equipment parameters in practical work.
