| Coal sample preparation is the most important link in the analysis of the coalquality testing, as well as the process of the serious dust pollution. With theimplement of the national environmental protection policy and with the improvementof the industrial hygiene standards, the high demands of effect on the dust removal forcoal sample preparation workshop are proposed; moreover, the ventilation and dustremoval system is not only complicated but also a process of electric consumption.Therefore by analyzing the behavior of pipeline internal flow field and dustdeposition on the basis of the theory of fluid mechanics, this research regards the dustremoving system of the coal sample preparation workshop as the object and developsa intelligent dust removal system of adjusting the air volume automatically with theuse of parameter adaptive fuzzy PID control principle. It includes the following steps:(1) The working principle and the overall design of the dust removal system.This research expounds the working principle of the bag filter and designs the ashremoval system with pulse counter blowing; According to analysis on the piperesistance of dust removal system on the basis of the fluid mechanics, this stepinvestigates the principle of the fan of converting adjustable speed energy saving anddesigns an overall scheme by realizing the airflow adjust automatically with thepneumatic pressure control methods for dust removal system pipeline.(2) The numerical simulation and simulation analysis of pipeline flow field ofthe dust removal system by using the FLUENT software. The flow mathematical modeof the flow of gas-solid pipeline is established; then under different workingconditions, the dust particles flow process in the pipeline is simulated and the reasonsof uneven concentration distribution and the changes of gas-solid velocity flow fieldare analyzed. To analysis the rule of dust movement under different wind speed, so asto determine the most appropriate wind speed of dust removal system entrance.(3) The research of parameter adaptive fuzzy PID controller. According to thecharacteristics of fan duct wind pressure control process such as nonlinearity, largedelay, large inertia, this step puts forward the parameter self-adaptive fuzzy PID control with the combination of fuzzy control and conventional PID control; then byanalyzing and simulating the fuzzy PID controller with the use of the MATLABsoftware, the approximate mathematic model of the fan pipe pressure control is set up.The simulation results show that the parameter self-adaptive fuzzy PID control systemhas its own characteristics such as a good control performance, fast response speed,small overshoot volume and a good stability.(4) The electrical design and field test of the dust removal system. With the coreof S7-200PLC, by designing a parameter adaptive fuzzy PID controller on the basisof the PLC programming and based on the PLC output value of the real-time dataacquisition of pressure after operation, this step aims to realize the intelligentadjustment shaker system air volume through the analog module to control MM440inverter of the fan and monitors the operation process of dust removal system throughthe application of HMI man-machine interface; then the designed dust removal systemis tested in a certain coal sample preparation workshop actually. The result of the testshows that the system work performance is stable and achieves the purpose of savingenergy and reducing consumption on the premise of guarantee the effect of the dustremoval. |
