Phosphorus is a kind of element will become scarce resources, the existing phosphate rockresources can mining in100-150, can high grade phosphate rock mining for50years[1].80%ofphosphate rock for agriculture, therefore, the phosphate rock resource depletion threatens thesustainable development of agriculture in the first place. But as a result of phosphorus chemicalcharacteristics, utilization rate is only10%to10%, and several years of excessive use ofphosphate fertilizer can make soil harden the situation worse, soil heavy metal exceeds bid[2,3]at the same time, the current60million tons of soil phosphorus accumulation in China[4]. Thephosphorus on the one hand cause soil harden and heavy metal exceeds bid, at the same time,because the surface runoff and agricultural water will cause eutrophication of water bodies[5],which is bad for the environment, biodiversity destruction of water body.PAOs is environmental engineering, sewage treatment and phosphorus and phosphorusrecovery technology, the major microbial groups under the aerobic condition, the excessiveabsorption of phosphorus, anoxic/anaerobic phosphorus release characteristics, not only to makeit play a prominent role in the field of environmental engineering, and in improving cropphosphorus nutrition and p non-point source pollution control, still shows a great developmentpotential and application prospect. To this end, we in the northeast major corn producing areasof white pulp and the main types of black soil and chernozem soil soil as the research object, thegeographical distribution of PAOs in producing, species composition and quantity of characterand absorb the influence factors of the release of phosphorus in soil has carried on thepreliminary study, so as to further wastewater phosphorus and phosphorus recovery technologyof species resources screening and PAOs in agriculture development and utilization of lay thefoundation.The results prove that:1, the northeast corn grain soil contains three kinds of PAOs, number of PAOs: chernozem> chernozem> white paper clay; Three kinds of PAOs in soil types: actinomycetes> bacteria>fungi. Chernozem actinomyces isolated12classes,8classes, bacteria fungi five classes;5class10classes, black soil actinomyces isolated bacteria, fungi,3class; White pulp soil actinomycesisolated seven classes, bacteria, fungi4class2class.2, soil moisture content is one of the main factors influencing the number of PAOs, withhigher water content, PAOs and water-soluble phosphorus content increased and first trends.When water content25%PAOs and water soluble phosphorus are peak. 3, the type of carbon source is one of the main factors influencing the number of PAOs, thepopulations of different carbon sources on the PAOs in soils is different, the influence of withglucose is best, followed by sodium acetate. But sodium acetate can promote PAOs release ofphosphorus in the soil, cultivate the day when the PAOs and water soluble phosphorus are peak.
