With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry,the quality andquantity of pesticide wastewater are also changing.Pesticide wastewater is currentlyone of the important sources of industrial waste water,Due to the wastewatercontaining some raw materials composition, causing Pesticide wastewater quitecomplex, the quality of the water and high concentration, which not only caused greatpollution of our water, but also has a lot of influence to our life and health. So thestudy of biological pharmacy wastewater is imminent.some biological technology co., LTD in fuzhou city of jiangxi province in someindustrial park construct a set of "annual output of2000tons of2000spores per grambacillus wettable powder solution of starch and3000tons of compound withpesticide" production unit, the project can not only fill the domestic blank ofmicrobial pesticide prevention crops of tobacco bacterial wilt,but also has anirreplaceable role in banning agricultural production of antibiotic pesticide applied inagricultural streptomycin and other countries, which is of great significance to theabyss.But a large amount of high concentration and difficult degradation productionwastewater will cause in the process of production, wastewater mainly comes fromthe project production process wastewater (bacterial culture produces in the processof dialysis fluid, water detection), cooling water, the ground irrigation, sewageworkshop, ion exchange resin regeneration of waste water, sewage, etc..Projectwastewater including microbial protective agent, preservative, sodium benzoate,calcium lignosulphonate, agriculture milk (dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium),500,600farmers milk (styrene phenol polyoxyethylene ether), xylene (doxycyclinepowder, sodium tripolyphosphate, components and finished products of drugs and soon, composition is very complicated,Thus the wastewater quality ingredient is verycomplex, pollutant concentration is quite high (COD9000mg/l), at the same time, thewaste water contains a lot of miscellaneous ring pollutants, some pollution specificsterilization effect (for waste water treatment of microbial antibiotic function), as aresult, this project belongs to the high difficult in treating high concentration water. The purpose of this paper is to study the high levels of pesticide wastewatertreatment process,putting forward the technology that suitable for microbialpesticide wastewater treatment and design parameters, thus provide certain scientificbasis for the industry wastewater treatment. Through anaerobic-aerobic and microelectrolysis-anaerobic-aerobic treatment processes such as test in experimentalcontrast, the "micro electrolysis-UASB-two levels of A/O" process, this processcan achieve good treatment effect, under the condition of the PH of3, the reactiontime for60min, iron carbon mass ratio of1:1, the air is32l/min, the microelectrolysis effect can be the best, after UASB and two levels of A/O process,finally achieve the CODcr removal rate reached99.3%, the removal rate of BOD5reached99.6%, the SS removal rate reached88%, final effluent can reach to the classA of integrated wastewater discharge standard GB8978-1996level of emissionstandards in table4.
