Carbon nanotubes and graphene is a new type of nano-carbon materials, becauseof their special crystal structure and excellent properties, they have attracted widelyconcern. Especially their electrical performance and mechanical performance, havebroad prospects in nanoscale electronic devices, energy storage, transparentconductive electrode, field emission electrode, and other fields. This paper mainlystudies on the nano-carbon materials used in the preparation of transparent conductivefilm electrode.Firstly this paper discusses the dispersion of carbon nanotubes solution withsurfactants and ultrasonic shaking; and then the graphite oxide prepared by Hummers, with expanded graphite, natural flake graphite, expanded graphite as raw materials, and they are used in preparing three kinds of graphite oxide; the graphite oxide isexfoliated with ultrasonic oscillations, then we will get graphene oxide; the carbonnanotubes/graphene oxide composite films are assembled with carbon nanotubesdispersion and grapheme oxide solution by the method we called “layer by layer”; weuse the hydriodic acid to reducing the composite film and obtain the carbonnanotube/graphene film; we discussed with the influence of different graphite oxideas the precursor on the carbon nanotubes/graphene conductive film, and which thereaction condition will influence on the oxidation degree of the graphite oxide. Thisarticle also discuss about the factors that can affect the carbon nanotubes/grapheneconductive film. The main results are as follows:1.During several main reaction stages that we use Hummers process to preparegraphite oxide, the reaction time of the low-temperature reaction stage is low impacton the quality of graphite oxide, while the oxidation reaction mainly occurred in themiddle-temperature stage, in which the stage we need adequate time for the depth ofoxidation;2.To make the carbon nanotubes greatly distribute in the water-soluble system,we add the anionic and cationic surfactant and use the ultrasonic shaking to make thedispersion of carbon nanotubes. 3.During the preparation of self-assembled carbon nanotubes/grapheneconductive film, with the increasing of the concentration of carbon nanotubes and thegraphene oxide in solution, and the layers of the films, it can enhance the conductivityof the conductive film, but the transmittance will fall;4.As a precursor, the natural flake graphite oxide can fabricate the bestconductive film compared with the two other graphite oxides. The sheet resistance ofthe sixth conductive film is8.4k/sq, but the rate of transmission is only40%.5.The reduction effect of hydriodic acid is better than hydrazine hydrate, and itcan play a role of reduction in one minute, using hydriodic acid can prepare a largequantity of graphene conductive film rapidly and efficiently.
