For the growing demand of complex machining,In compliance with therequirements of process,we need to make the traditional serial process paralleled toachieve concurrent execution of multiple tasks in only one CNCdevice.Meanwhile,concurrent execution of multiple tasks required the relationshipbetween the task and task is independent,or the tasks could cooperate with each otherto complete the same machine process.Multi-axis control technology and compositeprocessing technology are the import technologies of multi-channel multi-axis CNCcontrol system.The paper has seriously studied the present situation of CNC machine cutting toolmanagement aspects at home and abroad. Using the existing resources of researchinstitute.Based on careful analyzing of the requirement and replied model ofmulti-channel multi-axis CNC control system and the researching of applicationoccasion of multi-channel multi-axis control technology in CNC system.According toinformation transfer characteristics between the multi-channels,we proposed acooperative control mechanism and a dynamic common axis resource allocationstrategy based on semaphore mechanism, mainly to solve the efficient allocation ofsignal transmission path between the shaft and public issues.In the end, this articleexperiments with Blue Sky GJ400Multichannel CNC System on large HTM65130iyMilling Machine, the test result proves the effectiveness and feasibility of multi-channelcollaboration waiting control and common axis about dynamic allocation of resourceswhich is based on the semaphore mechanism.
