In recent years,in order to satisfy the needs of machining of complex parts withflexible processing, the number of axis which CNC system need to control is more andmore. The major manufacturers of high-end CNC system study depthly onmulti-channel, multi-axis CNC system. spindles synchronization control is theimported technology for the multi-channel, multi-axis CNC system, so it become a hotissue scholars study. But master-slave control which spindle synchronization controltechniques used have some disadvantages such as follow lag, causing the positionSynchronization error.This paper is on a platform of LanTian CNC system. To solve the problem,spindle synchronization control system which usud control the cross-coupling controlstrategy is designed. In order to improve inadequate of PID controller can’t adjust theparameters adaptively. fuzzy PID control which combines fuzzy control theory andPID control is used.last, a method for processing based hypocycloidal is proposed. Themain contents and results as follows:Fisrt, spindle synchronization control system is designed. The system whichimprove the problems of the master-slave control Use cross-coupled control. Thetheory and characteristics of PID control and fuzzy control is studied. Fuzzy PIDcontrol module which make up the inadequate of PID control and fuzzy control. isimplemented.Then, a method for processing the part whose end face is regular polygon basedhypocycloidal is proposed. When the axis of workpiece rotating Synchronously withthe cutter, the trajectory of tool tip is hypocycloidal. If the appropriate processingparameters are selected, polygon can be achieved continuously. The machine structurefor this processing method is designed. the method of determine parameter such asspeed ratio, axial spacing, tool radius of gyration is stydied. Finally,the function ofregular polygon parts processing is achieved. Simulation results show that this methodcan be processed through regular polygon parts.
