The Shape memory alloy (SMA) due to its heat deformation is currently applied in many fields,but there are also some disadvantages, especially in accordance with its basic performance design ofthe driver drive displacement accuracy is too low, it is difficult to meet the actual need. For thepromotion of the practical use of the shape memory alloy drive, they must be further studies.To test the performance of the thermodynamic properties of shape memory alloy phase changeprocess, the constitutive equation of the shape memory alloy and shape memory alloy drive keytechnology research, the specific contents are as follows:1.The basic concepts and features of the SMA, tests the maximum recoverable strain of theSMA phase transition temperature, the negative thermal strain, elastic modulus, tensile force,the basic thermodynamic performance parameters obtained quasi-static experimentalcharacteristic parameter of the SMA value, to provide the basis for further work;2. Using shape memory alloy wire as a driving element, of various process parameters affect itsperformance; differential SMA actuator with ball linear guide structure is designed for thedriving characteristics of the SMA, as well as the corresponding drive performance theoryanalysis, and to build an experimental platform;3. According to differential SMA actuator mechanism designed dedicated the gear mechanicalstructure of the photoelectric tube displacement sensor; design a complete control systemhardware, including pulse width modulated heating circuit, data acquisition card and PCcommunication systems, structure complete experimental platform.4. Data acquisition card platform based on LABVIEW-PID neural network control algorithm, thereverse using PID neural network to control the PWM duty cycle to control the shapememory alloy drive. Experimental results show that the control system can achieve precisecontrol of differential SMA actuator, control accuracy of0.05mm.
