With the miniaturization and preciseness of the industrial products, microstructure has beenwidely used in aerospace, precision instrument, bio-medical and other fields. Because electrochemicalmachining has high efficiency, no tool wear, and no cutting forces and it removes material in ion form,it has unique advantages in machining microstructure. But in micro-electrochemical machining, it ishard to remove products of electrolysis in the gap and it is hard to renew the electrolyte, which restrictthe improvement of the precision and stability and limit its application in industrial production.This article is focused on micro-scale multi-grooves electrochemical machining, developselectrochemical machining vibration feeding equipment and studies the multi-grooves electrochemicalmachining when vibration feeding. The main research contents include the following:1.Based on the analysis of factors influencing the accuracy and stability of micro-scalemulti-grooves electrochemical machining, processing method of vibration feeding is discussed, whichis used for improving processing accuracy and stability, the course of excluding electrolytic productsand renewing electrolyte in processing zone using this method is analyzed;2.Vibration feeding electrochemical machining test system is developed, a vibrating system isdeveloped by selecting appropriate implementation and device structure design, which is highprecision position controlled and fast response and whose amplitude, frequency and waveformparameters are easily adjusted; based on the characteristics of micro electrochemical machining andfunctional requirement of the equipment, equipment structure, electrolyte circulation and filtrationsystem and power system and control system are designed, which can meet processing experimentrequirements;3.Experiments on micro-scale multi-grooves vibration feeding electrochemical machining areconducted to study the influences of amplitude and frequency on machining precision and stability;influences of voltage and pressure of electrolyte on machining accuracy and stability with optimizedvibration parameters are studied.Using vibration feeding electrochemical machining equipment, basing on the result of processingexperiments, high precision and high efficiency electrochemical machining for micro-scalemulti-grooves structure of razors is conducted, which has been stably produced in small batch.
