The microcosmic structure,molecular weight and molecular weight distributionand glass transition temperature of SSBR2564A were studied by Fourier TransformInfrared Spectrometer (FTIR), Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC), DifferentialScanning Calorimeter(DSC), The results showed that, compared with SSBR5025-2which was supplied by Laxness company, the molecular weight distribution ofSSBR2564A was slightly wide,SSBR2557A compound possessed slower scorchtime and longer curing rate,and SSBR2564A possessed better physical properties.the Payne effect of SSBR2564A was more higher. The wet skid resistance of SSBR2564A filled by silica were better.The SSBR filled carbon black was studied, the results showed that, as the particlesize of carbon black decreased or the content increased,the tensile strength and tearstrength,modulus at300%,hardness were improved. scorch time and curing rate ofrubber compound decreased. The Mooney viscosity of rubber increased. Total crosslink density of filled rubber is increasing,but with the content of carbon blackincreased, temperature resistance variation.The silica is modified by couple-agents,the results showed that, direct additionmethod and pretreatment method show good modification results, pretreatmentmethod is much better. The rubber with blends of Carbon black and silica has bestProperties.
