With the rapid development of China’s urbanization and industrialization process, thepublic environmental protection consciousness strengthens gradually, environmental qualityrequirements have become more sophisticated, people emphasis on sludge treatment anddisposal of urban life improved significantly, city sludge mainly from sewage treatment plants,municipal sewage sludge in addition contains a lot of heavy metal pollution can not simplyeliminate the elements, but also gathered a huge number of bacteria, pathogens; properdisposal of sewage sludge is imperative reasonable, otherwise it will cause serious secondarypollution of our living environment. Today, China’s sludge treatment technology compared toWestern countries there is not a small gap, treatment still sanitary landfill, piled-based, lowlevel of utilization of sludge. So, open up a rational way of sludge disposal is critical in thecountry.The study of this subject is a city in northern Shaanxi, sewage sludge; determined by therelevant experiments, low urban sludge toxic substances compare average. Considering thenational "12th-five year" plan advocacy and local situation, and to reduce, to the victims, forthe purpose of recycling of resources, at last, established the sludge ceramisite method as theresearch method of this subject. Then introduced the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,be aimed at the key steps for sludge ceramsite technology, it makes an optimized selection.The result of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is: the sludge wet extrusiongranulation technology is the most consistent with the key technology of sludge ceramsite ofthis subject.Combined with the city building industry developed, large number of thermal powerplants in cement kilns, ash-rich resources available, etc., to determine the issue of clay and flyash sludge made of ceramic materials,The ratio of Sewage, sludge:: Clay: Fly ash5:8:7.The roasting process control conditions: Preheating temperature350°C, preheating time30min; Roasting temperature1150°C, roasting time20min. Through the research and analysisof screening mechanism of sludge ceramsite and combined with the former experience, determined the grading screening process and the screen number:0~4mm,5~20mm andabove20mm.Finally, combined with the sludge analysis of key technical ceramic technology research,this study determined the final complete process. And technology for a reasonable riskanalysis to further determine the feasibility of the process in the city.
