Theoretical analysis of the stress andbalance between grouting reinforcement and surrounding rock at the level of-1015water pump room in Kongzhuang mine. Using the numerical analysis software, analys isof the stability of cavern under the excavation of water pump room, the excavation ofadjacent cavern, the supporting of anchor rope, the supporting of anchor cable andlining, grouting reinforcement. On the basis of the supporting in original, proposed thereinforcement technology of the three-dimensional steel and the reinforce me nttechnique of grouting and successfully applied. The results are as followed:(1)Vertical stress of water pump room is about26MPa through analysis oftheoretical and experimental. Horizontal stress of water pump room regional is about17.6MPa. Radial stress in the surface of the cavern is0take the method of “Equiva le ntRadiusâ€. As far from the cavern, stress increased to the stress of original rock, andtangential stress in the surface of cavern has a maximum value, as far from cavernsurface, stress gradually reduced to the stress of original rock. Analysis of the balanceof between grouting reinforcement and the surrounding rock, in the environment of the-1015level of main drainage pump room in kongzhuang mine, there will be a balancethat the resistance of grouting surrounding rock reached more than12MPa.(2)The actual measurement of the Vertical stress of water pump room is about26MPa. The theoretical value approximately equal to the measured values. The actualmeasurement of the horizontal stress of water pump room is about30~33MPa. Thestress of water pump room area is given priority to tectonic stress. Surrounding rock ofwater pump room are mainly composed of mudstone, sandstone and limestone throughexperiment.(3)Analysis of the structure stability of surrounding rock under differentexcavation through FLAC3D. It turns out that the influence of the excavation of thenear warehouse is significant. Studied on the stability of surrounding rock of cavernunder the reinforcement of bolt rope, the reinforcement of anchor rope with lining, Itshows that the effect combined support is better. But it has the0.45m deformatio nbetween roof and floor, and the0.3m deformation between two sides. On the based of reinforcement of lining with anchor support, analysis the effect of grouting. It will bewell for the control of surrounding rock to expanding the scope of the grouting. Underthe condition of the same scope of grouting, it is not significant for the effect ofsurrounding rock by different strength of grouting material. In a certain strength ofgrouting material, the effect of control will be better for the surrounding rock to improvethe grouting scope.(4)According to current status, proposed the reinforcement technology of thethree-dimensional steel and the reinforcement technique of grouting and successfullyapplied in the water pump room of KongZhuang mine-1015level, and long timestability has been guaranteed. |
