The fully-mechanized coal mining (FMCM)is one of the most important methodsof green mining, which can solve the coal buried under building, railways,and waterbodies,even the environmental issue. Filling mining hydraulic is the key device toguarantee safety and efficiency which takes70%of the investment. The foundationnot only transmits the pressure from roof to seam floor but also assures strength,rigidity and seam floor specific pressure. To study the mechanics characteristic andstrength analysis has an important meaning for evaluating the reliability of hydraulicsupport, improving the structure and reducing the cost. Based on the method oftheoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the paper research the mechanicscharacteristic, the strength of the foundation and optimize structure of filling mininghydraulic support. Following results were obtained:(1)Based on the movement, deformation of overlying strata, the relationshipbetween surrounding rock and hydraulic support under solid filling coal mining isstudied, the mechanics characteristic of support foundation with the filling mininghydraulic support under dangerous conditions is got, the deference between traditionalfilling mining hydraulic support and that of six pillar in structure function andmechanics characteristics is gained.(2)Six pillar filling fully mechanized three-dimensional numerical model ofhydraulic support is built, the characteristic of stress distributed of support componentin a variety of dangerous working condition is analyzed, the equivalent stress anddeformation distribution of support foundation is obtained, the characteristic strengthand influence factor of the danger zone is discussed.(3)Based on support foundation in dangerous condition, multiple goaloptimization model is established, Box-type structure is optimized, the reasonablethickness of plating of support foundation is calculated. the weight of the basestructure is reduced, and the stress concentration phenomenon is improved afteroptimization.Research results can provide reference for the design of filling mining hydraulicsupport.
