Research On The Law Of Gas Distribution In Peng Zhuang Mine Based On Ventilation Network Simulation

Coal mine safety accidents occurred frequently in our country, the accidents caused bygas accounts have a large proportion in mine accidents. It is undoubted that is also verypopular on the research subjects of the study of coal mine gas disaster prevention,and it isvery important for the prevention of gas disasters to reaserch the prediction of gas emissionand distribution.In this paper, we firstly study the mine gas disaster prevention and control technology athome and abroad, then, we build mine ventilation roadway gas distribution change law andtheir mutual relationship analysis model, according to the theory of mine ventilation, the gasemission and gas movement related theory. Finally, we solve mine ventilation networkaccording to the practical network parameters, so we can get the value of air volume in themine ventilation roadway. We relate time series prediction model to predict mine gasemission concentration analysis and error check, we can get the distribution of gas emissionand laws to combine air volume value based on ventilation network simulation in eachroadway.The Peng Zhuang coal mine is the research object in this paper, we analyze the PengZhuang coal mine ventilation resistance determination and the determination of fanperformance, then we solve the ventilation networks on Peng Zhuang coal mine, and get theair distribution of the mine.We collect the mine coal face and heading face one month of gasconcentration to analysis of time series model,so we get the gas concentration prediction inthe future five days.We analysis the predicted value and the true value, the predicted value iswithin the acceptable range.We use the air value of the mine ventilation network settlementof the roadway by the gas density,so we can get the gas emission of the Peng Zhuang coalmine in a coal face and heading,it has very good guidance function in the actual productionof the mine gas disaster prevention.
