Thetechnology which is combined with the advanced coke oven automatic heating controloptimization algorithm has got the better effect on oven control. After using the fullautomatic infrared temperature measurement system, the deviation is now less than±2℃,while in the past deviation of temperature measuring by man is20℃.Themeasurement process is automatically working whose data can be directly get into thecomputer system, By using the data said above the computer and automatically control theheating of the coke oven.he technology in our company and analysis the data of production and technical datacomparison. It makes a comprehensive and objective assessment of the process.While using the practical application, the implementation of the project can reduce thecoking furnace flue temperature fluctuation obviously. the oven’s average fluctuation iscontrolled under4℃and the Gas consumption also can be reduced, The energy and besaved by about1-3%.The technology which has excellent effect of energy saving has been widely used inmore than40batteries, like Baosteel, Jinan steel, Handan Iron and steel, Panzhihua Ironand steel..
