| In the occasion of World-class energy company has entered the stage ofupgrading the digitalize and intelligent management, CNOOC has explored the digitaltechnology of life cycle of engineering facility from2007, and performed thetechnology pilot study on the three oil field of Bohai Bay, especially the experimentalwork on South part of Block28-2in mid of Bohai Bay and Block36-1of Suizhong,which has testified the feasibility and established the information standards andpractices.The thesis mainly targets the experience fr the promotion practice on offshoreOil&Gas engineering facility digitization. Based on the conscientious summarizationfrom the task team, we studied and refined the facility digitization methods, mainlyincluding engineering data standardize system establishment and maintenance, andproject item number statistics and analysis, association relationship sort out and set up,engineering data base built and application. I hope this method will be the guidancefor the digitization for CNOOC upstream, and reference for middle and lower reachesand even the oil industry. Additionally, it can also enhance and improve themanagement for whole lifecycle for engineering facility, support and promotesignificantly for management for facility integrity, which can be applied universallyand practically for different kinds of digital workspace.With combination of the range and contents of offshore oil and gas projectfacility digitalization, I compared in service, under construction and newly builtfacility digitalization from different spatial dimension and time axis and drawn uppractical digitalization methods to meet the special needs due to different dataquality, adoption progress, adoption principle and basic environment and condition.Based on the differentiation analysis from horizontal and vertical point of the database of digitalization facilities, I try to sort out the similarity and work out thedigitalization general methods to meet the different requirements for offshoreengineering facilities. |
