Run faster, good precision of control, high degree of mechanization, etc, are thecharacteristics of High Speed Forging Hydraulic Press.It has become one of absolutelynecessary equipments as emerging development in the forging industry, and is consideredas one of the major directions in the field of hydraulic press in the future.This paper based on the theory of hydraulic design, referenced the hydraulicstructures that have been matured and design experience, combined the results ofconsultation and discussion with cooperated enterprises, determined the structure andtechnical parameters of10MN C-frame Cylinder Type High Speed Forging HydraulicPress, and press frame structure design scheme is given. the two-dimensional illustrationand3D engineering drawings of important parts such as working cylinder, returncylinder,beam and the body, etc, which are drew by using Solidworks.The integral structure of10MN C-frame Cylinder Type High Speed ForgingHydraulic Press is analysed by FE simulation calculation with finite element softwareANSYS Workbench, which analyses the rationality of the structure design, its strength,stiffness of every part are verified under the actual working condition.The modal shape is analysed and calculated to the integral structure, and the first sixorder frequencies are extracted, which the first order intrinsic frequency is16.162Hz farmore than its working frequency of1.33Hz, so it will not produce the phenomenon ofresonance.In this paper, Optimized the design of the part of crossbeam of the High SpeedForging Hydraulic Press based on the structure optimization module OptiStruct of FMsoftware Hyperworks, and it succeeded in optimizing and confirming the location of thedesignation of sand holes.At the same time,the topology optimization simulation is did forthe integral beam structural model, two kinds of new structure models are designed and itsnumerical simulation is carried out, according to the calculated results,which can comparewith the figures of strength, quality,which will find out the optimal alternative.
