The battery pole piece rolling equipment develops in the direction of high speedand high precision, with the battery production enterprises to expand capacity andimprove battery performance. At present, the installed level of domestic battery polepiece rolling mill is very backward, a lot of battery pole piece rolling mill adjust rollgap by iron and wedge screw offline and it is unable to adjust the roll gap and rollingforce real-time online, severely limiting its using and rolling precision. Especiallywhen rolling pole of alternating single and double layer coating slurry, single-layercoating part rolling effect is very poor.In this paper, The hydraulic servo control system was introduced to the polepiece mill, which can realize the constant roll gap and the constant rolling forcerolling, improving the accuracy and speed of the battery pole piece rolling.The subject comes from actual project, according to the process requirement of850pole piece mill, the pole piece mill hydraulic pressure system was designed.Through the analysis, a mathematical model of the pole piece rolling mill wasdesigned. Based on Matlab/Simulink simulation software to build a pole piece RollingMill for system simulation model, and the system dynamic characteristics areanalyzed in the simulation. Through simulation analysis, the designed pole pieces millsystem can realize the constant roll gap and the constant rolling force rolling, but theresponse time needs to be improved, by pressing system PID correction and achieveda good control effect. For pole piece rolling speed is difficult to determine, presents asimulation tool to provide a theoretical reference method for the rolling speed.Pole piece mill has characteristics of parameters time-varying and difficult toestablish accurate mathematical model. Through the analysis of PID simulation ofhydraulic pressure system when the system parameters change and a load disturbance,pointing out the shortcomings of traditional PID control. Aiming at the shortcomingsof the PID control, designing the fuzzy adaptive PID controller which combines theadvantages of fuzzy control and PID control and has good adaptability and robustness.Based on the simulation analysis of fuzzy adaptive PID, verify the fuzzy adaptive PIDhas better control effect than the traditional PID control, improved the dynamic performance of pole piece mill hydraulic pressure system.
