Socome L3strains degrading strains advantage decachlorobiphenyl3, Advantage of optimal conditions for research degrading bacteria L3ten PCBs:inoculation of250ml, pH value of6, the temperature is20℃, different initial concentrationsof3μg/L,5μg/L,10μg/L,15μg/L, L3strains of degradation under ten PCBs get in5μg/Lwhen the degradation rate is relatively high,83.92%; inoculation of250ml, ten initialconcentration of PCBs5μg/L, the temperature is20℃, respectively, at pH4under6,8,10,predominant strains of ten polychlorinated biphenyls degradation, degradation rate at pH=6times the maximum75.3%; in inoculation250ml, ten initial concentration of PCBs5μg/L,pH value of6, at different temperatures is10℃,15℃,20℃, under25℃, L3strains of tendegradation of PCBs obtained, the maximum degradation rate at the temperature of20℃, is85.1%; PCBs ten initial concentration5μg/L, pH value of6, the temperature is20℃,inoculation was100ml,250ml,400ml,500ml, L3strains degradation decachlorobiphenyl getin inoculation400ml highest degradation rate was78.7%. The dominant species on the mostsuitable conditions for the degradation of polychlorinated biphenyls ten were: inoculum 400ml, ten initial concentration of PCBs5μg/L, pH=6, the temperature is20℃.4, Degradation decachlorobiphenyl strains in mixed inoculum of400ml, the initialconcentration of5μg/L, pH=6, a temperature of the solution was dropped20℃88.96%.Explain a certain synergy between species. |
