A Design And Implement Of Coal Blending System Of Coal Chemical Industry

With the rapid development of coal chemical industry in China, how to guarantee thequality index of coal chemical, cut down the coal blending cost, improve productionefficiency, and reduce environmental pollution are the urgent problems to be solved.Therefore, it is very important to design a coal chemical blending system to the efficientproduction of the coal chemical industry.There are some problems that concern about the manually operated coal blendingtime-consuming, affect the production efficiency, hard to optimize coal cost and meet theenvironmental requirements, bases on the demand of coal blending system of ShenhuaNingxia Industry Coal Group, this paper analyzes the production process of coal blendingsystem. It designs the constitution and structure, including the coal blending managementsubsystem and the user management subsystem, brings about the raw coal informationmanagement, coal blending scheme management, optimization of coal blending, registrationof personal information, modification of personal information, log management, rolemanagement, authority management and so on. This system uses B/S structure and SpringMVC+Spring+Hibernate software architecture. It focuses on the optimization of coalblending process and implementation of software management subsystem, after meeting therequirements of parameters index of multi-coal blending, uses the multi-coal blending model,sets up in the lowest cost or SO2emissions minimum as the optimization goal, designs theoptimization of coal blending process, developes coal blending management subsystem.After the laboratory test, coal blending management subsystem can realize all functions.And by using the JMeter software for the pressure test, the result shows that the software canmeet demand of the proportion of people who accesses it, and has a good performance.
