With the extension to the deep underground mining, gas content and gas pressureincreases, the gas production constraints "bottleneck" problems are getting out, cavingmining of high-intensity work surface makes the corner and return air lane gasrepeatedly overrun, seriously affected the normal production and personnel safetyequipment and pose a great threat. Thus, the solution from the design source gasproduction is the key constraints to achieve safe and efficient caving miningproduction. Application of high pumping less Lu’an Mining Lane, in the case of thecurrent ventilation extraction methods can not solve the gas gauge on the high gascaving face towards high pumping arrangement and roadway drainage systemstechnology research is necessary for Luan deep high-gas coal mine safe and efficientmining provide a new way of thinking.Firstly, the Wuyang Coal Mine Gas Emission7605fully mechanized caving facefeatures, sources and composition and gob gas migration law for analysis and foundthat on the basis of the use of high technology on the drill drainage, gob gas emissionstill the main reason is the face of gas emission, it also suggests a more stabletowards high pumping roadway drainage technology to manage the adjacent7603fully mechanized caving face gob gas emission. Wuyang Coal Mine#3combinedlithology on coal overburden, numerical simulation and analysis obtained bytheoretical calculation mechanized caving face caving zone and fractured zone height,and three horizontal bands related parameters. Gob established geometric model, thenumerical simulation by FLUENT high pumping Lane at different levels and verticaldistance parameter extraction effect under the conditions, and the optimal spatialarrangement of high pumping lane position. High pumping Alley affected by miningfailure regularity theory and numerical simulation analysis, the high pumping mainroadway deformation and failure characteristics of floor heave, in order to ensure thenormal use of high pumping Lane, take the hit on the bottom floor anchorreinforcement. Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to determinethe length of the high pumping Lane, cross section, vacuum extraction, drainagepipes, drainage equipment, sealing measures, such as efficient drainage systemparameters. Wuyang Coal Mine in7603fully mechanized caving face applied to highpumping Lane, from on-site monitoring results can be found reasonably highpumping arrangement of adjacent roadway drainage layer can be a massive influx of gas and rock mined-out area, so mechanized caving face achieve safe mining.
