| In the effect of geological structure, surrounding rock of semi coal&rock roadwayis broken easily and should be always reconstructed. So it has a great theoretical andpractical significance to study the technology of controlling the surrounding rock ofsemi coal&rock roadway in Beiyangzhuang coal mine.In order to solve the support problems of semi-coal&rock roadway in east ofBei-yang-zhuang coal mine, using the methods of theoretical analysis, numericalsimulation and field measurement, combining with specific geological conditions, themechanical model is created, and stability of roadway surrounding rock withinimpaction of lateral pressure coefficient and supporting strength is researched. Byanalyzing the characteristics and mechanism of deformation of roadway, the failurelaws of semi circular arch and straight wall have researched in different directions andlocations. Plastic failure occurs in surrounding rock of roadway after excavating thatthe roadway corners are the most damaged then after the bottom of roadway and themiddle of proof, followed by contact area between rock and coal and proof in roadway.With the increased supporting intensity, the radius and displacement of plastic zonereduced gradually, the interface of rock and coal could treat as continuous state whenPi0.2MPa and concluded that the reasonable supporting intensity should between0.2MPa and0.3MPa.Initial support programs are designed by theoretical analysis. Bynumerical simulation of UDEC, the support program is finally identified as thesupport combining bolt-anchor and anti-bottom arch, and this program is applied toindustrial test in the test section of roadway.After the support program carried out, final results of field observations show that:there are52mm in cumulative deformation between two sides of roadway, and65mmbetween roof and floor, the surrounding rock of roadway get stable after11days,deformation of roadway is controlled effectively, there are60kN in bolts of two sides,and70kN for the bolts on roof, the bolts and anchors form a bearing structure, thisprogram has been applied successfully. After using this program, the roadway rarelyreconstructed, the efficiency of production is improved greatly, the time and economicwaste is eliminated, and a great benefit is created.The thesis has31figures,29tables,70references. |
