With the further development of the western development, more and more coal enterprises choose in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region development and comprehensive utilization of coal, ordos area has good conditions of exploitation and utilization, there are some rare open-pit coal mine in the eastern region, mining depth is small, simple geological condition, structure is relatively complex, many coal enterprises choose to use the open mining slope control for production, due to the limitation of mechanical conditions, the controlled blasting method was adopted in many coal mine production, but due to the limitation of blasting knowledge, understanding of blasting vibration damage is relatively shallow, extremely easy to cause the slope instability and the destruction of buildings nearby, causing accidents and the life and property loss, for coal mine safety is first and foremost, to the economic benefits of coal mines also can bring a lot of damage.This article USES the chengdu zhongke TC-4850-w type of blasting vibration on dongsheng coalfield FengSheng kratos field ride for coal mine, the coal mine geological conditions, production status and the practice of blasting method has carried on the scene, some measured data are obtained, and apply knowledge in data analysis and processing.This article first used the grey correlation analysis method of blasting factors related to the dosage, hole number of data processing and summarizing, peak velocity, frequency and duration of these three aspects to the original blasting on basic factors, obtained the most explosive charge is the major factor, factors related to hole number is for secondary factors of vibration velocity, and thus get the corresponding analysis, grasp the corresponding corresponding relation, and then to the guidance of the production practice and exploration.Second application of the measured data which are obtained by vibration peak velocity, the application of numerical analysis software MATLAB curve fitting analysis, comparative analysis the SaDaoFu, experience formula, the formula of orchid, Europe and the United States formula and deep hole, the correction formula of which SaDaoFu empirical formula is the most famous, find adapt to the region’s most suitable for peak speed prediction formula, find them the error of the size, and data analysis and comparison, get the optimal solution, in this area is to Europe and the United States formula as the most reliable formula to analyze and use, to provide the most reliable control of the production practice after the exact form of blasting vibration velocity formula, in order to reduce the error.Again using the BP neural network in MATLAB tool, some data of in-situ test black-box operations, using MATLAB software’s own matrix tools is analyzed, the inside of the application program train_bp. M close to the data file, and then get the neural network prediction, and again we usually adopt the SaDaoFu, empirical formulas are compared, and the comprehensive satisfactory fitting values were achieved. In blasting vibration peak velocity analysis neural network prediction reliability and accuracy, guide our production practice.Finally application is analyzed by analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to open pit blasting vibration damage, get the weights of various related factors, and the charge weight per blasthole is hole network parameters, and total charge in this project belongs to weight the largest of the three aspects, for the sake of safety in production, we need as much as possible, adjust the quantity size, hole spacing and resistance line and dense count, comprehensive consideration for the influence of blasting vibration, we concluded that the dosage of choice is the key. For resistance line selection, too big or too small are not conducive to control blasting, so in order to improve the utilization rate, should choose the appropriate mode and scale, improve the utilization rate of explosives.
