Gear measuring centers, representing the direction of modern gears and gearcutting tools measurement technology, not only has high measuring precision andfast measuring speed, but also can realize the automatic measurement of all theparameters of gears with one clamping. At present, there is still a big gap in termsof measuring precision, stability and reliability between the gear measuringinstruments in China and those of the world advanced level because of the short ofresearch on design and analysis of gear measuring center. Therefore, in light of thetechnical need of the commercialized gear measuring centers, it is of theoreticalsignificance and practical value to improve the performance index and thecompetiveness of gear measuring centers by doing research on them from theperspective of static and dynamic characteristics, assembly technology andprecision analysis by using finite element analysis and experimental validation onthe basis of structure optimization design theory and elastic mechanics. Meanwhile,it is of great of importance to boost the development of related fields.First of all, based on analyzing the working principle of gear measuring center,this thesis calculates the rectilinear stiffness and natural frequency parameters basedon the real axis, builds the optimized model of gear measuring centers bycombining the she design standard of gear measuring centers and practical needs,and optimizes the structure and size of the measuring columns with parametricmodeling method and topology optimization design.Secondly, to solve the assembly problems of the high-precision beard railsused by gear measuring centers, this thesis founds a contacting analysis model ofbeard rails, optimizes the preload and stiffness by using finite element analysis anddetermines the assembly process parameters and the assembly process detectionmethod. All these jobs mentioned above present important reference on thedeterministic assembly of beard rails.On the basis of the above works, this thesis founds the whole finite elementmodel of gear measuring centers, analyzes the static deformation under theinfluence of gravity and inertial force, and calculated the deformation of themechanical structure of gear measuring centers and its effect laws on precisionmeasuring, providing data for error margin compensation.Finally, this thesis analyses the dynamic characteristics of gear measuringcenter from the perspective of modal and harmonic response, decides the possiblemeasuring errors in dynamic turbulence, and conducts research on the dynamic characteristics of gear measuring centers via model experiment analysis to verifythe rationality of the model.
