With the rapid development of coal mining technology and mining machinery and equipment, to the coal mining equipment loading and unloading tools------the changing track hanging of hydraulic, and its demand is also more and more large.The structure is becoming more and more important. Due to coal mining production safety has became more and more important to the underground work personnel, so only consider static load condition when the design has not accord with today’s technology development, so the design of the changing track hanging of hydraulic consider to the effects of dynamic load is necessary.In the process of structure design, dynamic design occupies a key position in the dynamic analysis, to the optimize structure design, the result of the dynamics analysis is necessary. Therefore research on the changing track hanging of hydraulic orbit dynamics analysis and dynamic characteristics, has great economic significance and practical value.This topic is about NDB-9/15the changing track hanging of hydraulic as the research object, the device can work well to underground installation retracement. Comprehensive use of CAD technology, the finite element method, and the world’s advanced CAE software, and analysis the metal structure of hoisting mechanism of the changing track hanging of hydraulic.Dynamic performance for the changing track hanging of hydraulic is an important technical indicators. Large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS WORKBENCH is applied in this article, according to the structure characteristics of hoisting mechanism of the changing track hanging of hydraulic and actual working condition, establish three-dimensional model of hoisting mechanism, and then pour into the finite element analysis software respectively to the static analysis, modal analysis, harmonic response analysis and transient analysis. First of all, the application of modal analysis to determine the structure of the natural frequencies and corresponding vibration mode. Secondly, on the basis of modal analysis through the harmonic response analysis, analysis of hoisting mechanism of the changing track hanging of hydraulic the dangerous components when subjected to external excitation frequency of the deformation. Provide a reference for dynamic design. Finally, hydraulic transient dynamics analysis i hoisting mechanism of the changing track hanging of hydraulic in the working process of the key parts in the deflection of the change over time, and was compared with the static analysis results, obtained the most suitable for dynamic load coefficient, provides the reference of the dynamic load coefficient of key parts, and for the optimization design provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up, considering the safety and production efficiency, provide the basis for structural design.
