Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo coal mining co.LTD meets a urgent technical problem to solve that big section mining roadway is by the mining influenced than ever before and more intense, during the process of constructing safety and efficiency coal mine. Due to the low strength of supporting system under severe stress and the mining geological structure influence local area of roadway roof especially roadway wall department deformation is more serious, by monitoring, the most serious deformation of top plate nearer the quantity close to1m, two roadway wall shift nearly quantity close to2m, although the basic did not affect the safety in production, but buried the security hidden danger. On the other hand, because of the strength of the supporting materials and the supporting system of low stiffness, resulting in roadway roof unit supporting area using bolt quantity becoming more, supporting parameters is more complex, significantly affect roadway speed.In response to this dilemma,this article first partial analyses roof collapse theory, in Wangpo Mine3215working face air return trough as the object of study, in the construction site geological mechanics based on its detailed investigation combining with engineering practice experience and using the finite difference numerical simulation software, determine the form of support and support parameters, and with suitable support material and construction equipment and construction technology, dynamic monitoring bolting effect and the effect of test.
