Research On Goaf Putting Out A Fire And Blasting Techonique Under High Temperature And Fire Of Anjialing Open Pit Mine

The small coal mine mining crossed the border when mined,formed large irregular goaf, there are high temperature and flame phenomenon in part of the goaf, especially the goaf in the realm of strip mining, which brings danger to bench blasting of open pit mine and safety production of the whole mine. Therefore, we must do some treatments to cool down and outfire to high temperature and open fire of the mined-out area before the blasting.At present, there are several relative mature research results on goaf fire-fighting technology both at home and abroad, which are widely accepted and used are prevention technology of flood irrigation fire, fire prevention technology of Inert gas, plugging technology of flame retardant material, gel fire-fighting technology, open excavation extinguishing method and other technical schemes. Through various technical fire, the principle of cooling and the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, and combining to the actual situation of open coal mine goaf of Anjialing, it is concluded that suitable technology plan of high temperature and flame goaf treatment for Anjialing coal mine:namely we will do the fire processing to open mined-out area by quenching technology of the three-phase foam, throught the observation of fire effect and the verification of drilling monitoring, the treatment of high temperature and flame goaf mine achieved effect significantly. Then, we make some goaf blasting technology researches on the processed goaf, and drawing a conclusion of blasting technology solutions of the goaf.
