With the further deepening of China’s industrial production, the demand gap of CNC machinetools market continues to increase, the performance requirements of the market for CNC machineare increasing. In particular, the relationship between supply and demand and technical problems inthe high-end CNC machine tools and other factors severely hampered the development of numericalcontrol industry. One of the constraints of technological development is command code (the maincode is G code) Interpreter research and development which is the key technology of CNC machine,the working efficiency of Interpreter is the main factor of the efficiency to a numerical controlsystem. This article take NC code Interpreter as the research subject, targeted analyzes the principleand the development process of Interpreter, achieve the development of Interpreter programs,verified integrity and accuracy of the program by experiments.At firstly, introduced the current development of CNC technology, particularly make asystematic analysis of the development of Interpreter, comparative analysis of the performancecharacteristics between interpreter with compiler. Then introduce an interpreter workingenvironment based on CNC machine hardware architecture and software components, whileselective analysis of the principles and tools of interpolation functions, innovatively proposed ainterpolation algorithm based on the controllability of the value of N segments. On this basis,design the interpretation and analysis of Interpreter program based on the principle of CNC codeprogramming, targeted analysis the input and output and the main program of the interpreterprogram. Finally, authenticate the interpreter program through editing input the NC code, comparedthe results between desired physical and cutting to verify the completeness and accuracy of theinterpreter program.
