Environmental pollution and energy crisis are seen as the major crisis facingmankind today.It is urgent to develop new, clean energy, and while hydrogen is highlyconcerned due to the advantages of high energy and pollution-free.Photoelectrochemical Solor Cell(PEC) which produced hydrogen is the most desirablesolution. High-performance materials whose band is suitable for PEC must be found.Inthis paper, Fe-SrTiO3were successfully fabricated by high-energy ball milling and thecorresponding photoelectrode were prepared on ITO through thick film technology.XRD and TEM morphology analysis showed that the the grain size of the sample was30nm or less; Researched the main factors about Mott-schottky test(quilt time,illumination, electrode voltage and pH)from both light and voltage, we researched theirenergy band properties in electrochemical(Mott-Schottky test, IV test and ACimpedance test).Results:1. By Mott-Schottky test, the flat band of TiO2was-0.65V while pH=7, SrTiO3was-1.40V. The results of flat band in Mott-Schottky test are better than IV test.2. The flat band of Fe-SrTiO3were0.50V、0.54V、0.57V、0.58V、0.61V、0.62V、0.66V、0.66V、0.63V、0.67V、0.86V.3. Illumination has effect on the flat band, which is determined by the conductivitytype of the Semiconductor; the higher the electrode voltage was applied, the greater thepotential barrier, but flat did not change.4. By Testing the IV characteristics and Impedance characteristics of TiO2andFe-SrTiO3, we explained the mechanism about the influence of light.
