According to current situation of the research of modeling, decomposition furnace arestudied based on hybrid system modeling in this paper.Now the study for the control ofcontinuous variable dynamic system model of single has been mature,But due to theinterference factor in the decomposition furnace system, it is easy to appear of mutationcondition which is go against the stable operation of system. therefore, in order to make thesystem can maintain a long-term and stable operation state,we must make effectiveidentification of its mutation working condition.Combine the identification of the decomposingfurnace with characteristics of discrete mutation condition with the modeling of decompositionfurnace of continuous variable dynamic system. The dynamic system with characteristics ofhybrid which contains discrete system without loss of continuous variable dynamic system canmake the decomposition furnace system in stable operation in the best state.the main research results of this article are as follows:(1) The overall structure of the mixed model of decomposing furnace is divided into twoparts,one is the recognition of the condition of decomposition furnace system, the other is thecontinuous variable dynamic system of decomposition furnace. The condition recognitionsystem of decomposing furnace identifies the type of current condition of decomposing furnacesystem,the model of the dynamic system of decomposing furnace at the moment is given by thecontinuous variable dynamic system of decomposition furnace. the controller can give theoptimal control strategy combining the model with the working condition of decompositionfurnace.(2) Calciner discrete event identifier. Using the Methods of hard clustering and fuzzyclustering for condition recognition of decomposing furnace system, It can accuratelydistinguish the precalciner system condition categories, each condition class can be treated as acondition of discrete event, to accurately identify each condition of discrete event,On thebasis of this, switching models can realize stable operation of decomposing furnace system.(3) the continuous variable dynamic system of decomposition furnace.Based on the typeof the working condition, the model of continuous variable dynamic system of decomposingfurnace is set up.The model consists of three single input single output models, three double input and single output models and a three input single output model.(4) Based on the above control scheme, starting from the industrial application, a conditionrecognition system software of decomposing furnace is developed.The system software isdivided into OPC Client software, the operator station configuration interface software and thecondition recognition algorithm software of cement decomposing furnace, and through theOPC to realize interconnection with DCS system.Field application proves that the cement decomposing furnace condition recognitionsystem reduces the mutation of decomposing furnace conditions, making the temperature ofdecomposing furnace is stable for a long time in the normal range.Thus it improves thedecomposition rate of decomposition furnace system, reduces the coal consumption andachieves the clinker with high quality and low production, coal consumption for the cemententerprise to bring the huge economic effect, which conforms to the state policy of savingenergy and reducing consumption.
