Research On Air Pollution Control Issues In Mongolia

Cities in the process of industrialization and urbanization, often accompanied by air pollution, Mongolia capital Ulaanbaatar is no exception. For air pollution hazards to human health and plant growth caused, and the adverse effects of climate warming, Ulaanbaatar has been taken various measures to control air pollution. In this paper, there are some certain significances, such as Ulaanbaatar air pollution control as the research object, discuss the problem of air pollution in Ulaanbaatar city and its solutions, for promoting of urban air purification and improving the environment.The thesis paper is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction. Research Ulaanbaatar air pollution problem purpose and meaning. For the study of air pollution control situation in domestic and international to sort out, to identify innovations of this paper and to propose research methods. The second part, definition of related concepts and sources of air pollution. The main concepts are pollutants, its pollutants management and civic responsibility. Main sources of air pollution are human-made (anthropogenic) and natural sources. The third part, Ulaanbaatar air pollution problems and its hazards. Air pollution problem is mainly factory excessive emissions of harmful gases and desertification caused by haze. The main hazard is easily lead to human cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease and asthma, etc. The fourth part, air pollution problem solving methods and countermeasures. Mainly through the establishment of the National Committee to reduce air pollution, establishing a restricted zone control system, developing pollutant emissions and control standards, establishing the Millennium Challenge Energy Efficiency Innovation Fund, clearly to reduce air pollution in civic responsibility and corporate responsibility, etc. to resolve.In this paper, use literature research method and empirical research method, in order to study Ulaanbaatar city air pollution control problem. Demonstrating in terms of controlling air pollution Ulaanbaatar success measures, pointing out the lessons in pollution control, the Researcher hope that through this research to further promote public the importance of air pollution problems, for more air pollution in urban governance to provide experience, promote of human attention on the atmospheric environment and achieve sustainable development of society.
