| The author designed and synthesized a series of fluorescent compounds, then studied thecations (Pb2+, Fe3+, Cd2+, Co2+, Cu2+, Cu+, Zn2+, Hg2+) and anions (F-, Cl-, Br-, CrO42-, I-,H2PO4-, BO32-, NO3-, HSO3-) recognition of these compounds by the test of ultraviolet andvisible spectroscopy (UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy), fluorescence spectroscopy and cyclicvoltammograms, we also conducted the quantum chemistry calculation to prove the results ofexperiment. Main work includes the following several aspects:1. A coumarin derivative2,5-dihydroxy salicylic hydrazone-coumarin (target product1)was designed and synthesized. The UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, fluorescencespectroscopy, electrochemical property was used to test the compound, and further conductthe quantum chemistry calculation. The data showed that the compound1could recognizeCo2+in DMF/H2O (8:2V/V), and the electrochemical measurements indicated that it couldselective detection of Hg2+.2. The results of UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy showed that the target product2could recognize Co2+inDMF/H2O (8:2V/V), and the electrochemical measurements indicated that it could selectivedetection of Hg2+.3. The benzophenone was synthesized. We studied the UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy, electrochemical property of the compound, and conducted itsquantum chemistry calculation. From the spectrograms, we could learn that benzophenonecan recognize Hg2+in DMF/H2O (8:2V/V). In addition, it also could selective detection ofHg2+, depending on the change of electrochemical response.4. The author synthesized DAFO and tested the UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy, electrochemical property and conducted quantum chemistrycalculation of the compound. The results showed that DAFO could recognize Cd2+inDMF/H2O (8:2V/V), and the electrochemical measurements indicated that it could selectivedetection of Hg2+by the change of electrochemical response.5. The author tested the frontier molecular orbital and electrostatic potential of the fourcompounds by the method of PBE0/6-31G(d) using Gaussian09packages. The frontiermolecular orbital and electrostatic potential provided theoretical support for the researches. |
