As China’s economic development, railway speed railway lightweight vehicles have become increasingly demanding, the main requirements for rail vehicle body junction are high strength,stiffness, lightweight body and excellent corrosion maintenance capabilities and relief.301L stainless steel is widely used in railway vehicle frame steel. Is301L stainless steel,which reduces the carbon content of the steel of the original301to improve resistance to intergranular corrosion in the weld zone, and adding N elements to compensate for the decrease in strength caused by the C content is reduced. Austenitic stainless steel is an important steel, production and use of70%of the total amount of its good biocompatibility and resistance to corrosion and is widely used.This paper mainly made of stainless steel301L for the study, experimental study of the structural strength of the structure of multi-spot analysis of the number and arrangement of joints spot tensile shear strength of the structure; and use dynamics analysis software.HyperMesh the actual body of the local structure of the finite element analysis to identify the direction of the local joints irrational distribution of stress, according to the calculations and experimental mechanics solder quantity and arrangement of tensile shear strength of spot welding on car distribution of body joints local optimization.The results showed that:the static strength found breaking the structure of multi-spot welding joints with a linear relationship between the number of rules, the effect on the fracture joints arrangement static strength is very small, but the number of spot weld structural stiffness is proportional, on the spot arrangement, triangular arrangement is the best arrangement to optimize the structure. Solder joints closer distance, the lower the Rockwell hardness, the hardness increased significantly compared to prior solder joints during shear tensile stretching, especially near the solder joint, significantly enhance the hardness. Spot welded joint organization of the Nugget, HAZ, and base metal composed of three parts, the organization is composed of dendritic δ ferrite and austenite phase (y) composition, and the dendritic organization has directionality. Spot welding joints fracture distribution of a variety of different shapes and shades of dimple sizes. By HyperMesh finite element analysis, the stainless steel train doors and windows is not reasonable joint structure was optimized.
