Starting from the de-stressed mining history, summarizes the discharge development process, current situation and existing problems of ore mining, the basic content of the study is the theory and practice of de-stressed mining. Introduces the main theory of de-stressed mining, including the pressure arch theory, cavity distressing theory, the elastic deformation theory and control top distressing theory, and includes some main methods of de-stressed mining., such as water softening, tunnel distressing method, drilling and distress blasting method. The mechanical properties of rock of the deep orebody, mainly analyzes the pressure characteristics and rheological properties of deep rock. Introduces the mechanism and effect of distress blasting.Introduces the mechanism of rock burst of deep orebody, by using the hollow inclusion stress rock stress determination method, to determine the ore district of No.105orebody of Gaofeng in the presence of high strength structural stress. Combined with mining technology and mining process, the original rock stress, rock mechanical parameters, the quality index of rock mass considering value (RQD value, the uniaxial compressive strength of rock, elastic deformation and plastic deformation energy storage and dissipation ratio,and the first principal stress and uniaxial compressive strength ratio,come to the conclusion:The ore body of ore district of No.105has rock burst proneness.In this paper, relying on the deep Guangxi peak Mineral Company No.105ore body as the research object, the No.105ore body may occur ground pressure disaster white more large-scale mining process with stress and concentrated, conducts relief mining study. This paper combines the mining technical conditions, stress level, mining and rock mechanics parameter, put forward3kinds of destressing scheme:Mining from footwall to hangingwall, distress blasting to face;Mining follow orebody strike, distress blasting to face;Mining from footwall to hangingwall, distress blasting to face and two slope. By using the simulate software of FLAC3D for distress blasting programme were numerically simulated, the results show:The scheme of mining from footwall to hangingwall, distress blasting to face, in the direction of mining from footwall to hangingwall, the stress compared to without distress blasting scheme has greatly decreased, But in the direction of mining follow orebody strike, the distressing effect is not obvious; The scheme of mining follow orebody strike, distress blasting to face, in the direction of mining follow orebody strike, the stress compared to without distress blasting scheme has greatly decreased, But in the direction of mining from footwall to hangingwall, the distressing effect is not obvious; The scheme of mining from footwall to hangingwall, distress blasting to face and two slope, the distressing effect is obvious in the working face, After distress blasting, the high stress of original face transfer to the deep ore bodies, reduce the deformation of face, reduce the occurrence probability of working surface of rock burst, created the conditions for safe mining, through the comparative analysis to the scheme of mining from footwall to hangingwall, distress blasting to face and two slope, and determine the scheme is the best scheme.
