In recent years, with the continues economy development, the growth of urbanpopulation, and the degree of industrialization and improvment people’s living standardsimprovement, industrial wastewater and sewage emissions are increasing. Inosinefermentation membrane wastewater (hereinafter referred to as: inosine fermentation waste) isan ultra-high concentration of organic waste, with COD, BOD, nitrogen, phosphorus, characterized by a high content of sugar, but also contains higher concentrations of K+, Na+,Mg2+, Ca2+and other metal ions. Both in the biological treatment technology and thechemical treatment of chemical technology, wastewater treatment is one process of bigcapital, technology, manpower and energy reclosing, but with no output on the economicbenefits, thus dealing with resource development and utilization of organic waste is combinedan ideal way of thinking.(1)The results of chemical and physical analysis of inoine fermentation waste liquid onwere showed as follows: the total nitrogen content was4220mg/L, total phosphorus was89.3mg/L, COD was3.31×105mg/L, BOD was1.27×105mg/L, sugar was15070mg/L. These data shows that the waste liquid are rich in carbon, nitrogen and other organicsubstances, but the pH is up to14, and contains a large number of various metal ions and Cl-,and it was hard for digestion treatment or direct utilization.(2)Using the inoine fermentation waste liquid as medium materials to culture the sevensaccharomycetes of our laboratory, such as Candida1ipolytica and Saccharomycopsisfibuligera, and to investigate the growth effect of yeast in waste liquid, the results showedthat with higher than15%inosine waste in the medium, the growth of the yeast strain weresignificantly suppressed。(3)Using the inoine fermentation waste liquid as raw material to prepare enrichmentculture medium,we separation and screen seven yeasts from the environment, from whichYJ-2, YJ-5and YJ-7strain had stronger adaptability and tolerance.(4)The optimum growth temperature of YJ-2, YJ-5and YJ-7strain optimum growthtemperature is28℃, the optimum pH was8.0-8.5. On the base of30%of inosine fermentation waste liquid,we adjusted the optimal culture medium by adding0.5%beefextract,0.5%Fe2+, and pH was adjusted to8.0cases cultivation. Under optimumconditions and formulation, the cells product of yeast YJ-5strains could reach up to11.75g/L. After yeast cells were separate, measuring, the components of culture liquid were analyzed, the results showed as follows: nitrogen utilization of was36.97%, the utilization ofphosphorus was30.97%, COD removal rate was67.36%, BOD removal rate was71.9%,COD/BOD3.027, pH6.5.
