The main existing form of sulfur in coal is pyrite sulfur, the second is organic sulfur and the minimum is sulfate sulfur. Sulfur dioxide-dominated pollution gas is produced in the process of direct combustion of sulfur in coal. Effective removal of the sulfur components of coking coal has a great significance in making full use of the scarce resources of coking coal and protecting the environment.In this paper, taking the coking coal of Xinyu and Xinyang of Shanxi as the research object, this dissertation systematically analyses the occurrence state of sulfur components of coal samples and the relative content of different forms of sulfur, determines the occurrence regularity of organic sulfur; selects Xinyu coal and Xinyang coal as the research objects, conducts microwave desulfurization experiment and establishes the matching relationship between microwave irradiation conditions and microwave desulfurization reaction which provide data support for conducting microwave desulfurization industrialized experiment; After microwave desulfurization experiment of Xinyu coal, analyses the sulfur content of coal samples with removal of organic sulfur in detail and finds factors which have a significant impact on the removal of organic sulfur in coal. The specific research content and main research results of the dissertation include:1. Under different microwave irradiation conditions, Xinyang and Xinyu coal reaction with two different oxidizing agent, potassium permanganate+nitric acid and sodium hypochlorite, microwave oxidative removal of organic sulfur in coal experiment. Xinyu coal and potassium permanganate+nitric acid microwave oxidative removal of organic sulfur in coal desulfurization desulfurization rate is higher than the overall sodium hypochlorite oxidant; Xinyu coal and oxidant potassium permanganate+nitric microwave oxide removal of organic sulfur desulfurization rate is higher than the overall Xinyang nitrate oxidizer desulfurization rate; in optimal conditions, the Xinyang coal in nitric oxide oxidant potassium permanganate+organic sulfur removal desulfurization rate reached19.44%, the Xinyu coal and potassium permanganate oxidation removal of organic sulfur desulfurization rate reached34.08%, Xinyu coal sodium hypochlorite oxidant in the oxidation of organic sulfur removal desulfurization rate reached27.15%. 2. Oxidation experiments under different temperature conditions in Xinyu coal, comparison at different temperatures to remove organic sulfur of Xinyu coal, while studies on the two oxidants removal of organic sulfur in coal under different temperature conditions. Potassium permanganate+nitric acid overall desulfurization rate of the oxidizing agent sodium hypochlorite oxidizing agent is higher than the desulfurization rate; Xinyu coal and potassium permanganate+nitric acid oxidizer desulfurization rate as the temperature rises and increases, sodium hypochlorite oxidizing desulfurization rate as the temperature rises and increases and then decreased. In optimal conditions, the Xinyu coal potassium permanganate+nitric acid oxidant removal organic sulfur desulfurization rate reached96.37%, Xinyu coal sodium hypochlorite oxidant removal of organic sulfur desulfurization rate reached20.34%.3. Experimental study of microwave oxidation of Xinyu coal under ice water conditions, comparing with removal of Xinyu coal organic sulfur in the normal temperature, while studying two-oxidant effect of differences desulphurization under ice water conditions, and the influence of microwave power and time in this condition. Under ice water conditions, potassium permanganate+nitrate oxidizer desulfurization rate overall and the desulfurization rate of sodium hypochlorite oxidant desulfurization rate little difference, but in optimal conditions, potassium permanganate+nitrate oxidizer desulfurization rate reached73.51%, sodium hypochlorite oxidant desulfurization rate reached34.73%; under ice water conditions, potassium permanganate+nitrate oxidizer the desulfurization rate is less than the overall potassium permanganate+nitric acid oxidant under normal temperature conditions desulfurization rate; desulfurization rate hypochlorite oxidant under ice conditions and the overall desulfurization rate under normal temperature conditions hypochlorite oxidant desulfurization rate little difference.4. Research on the impact of Xinyu coal microwave desulfurization in different density and grain size levels. Xinyu coal and potassium permanganate+nitric acid oxidant effect of organic sulfur removal with the density levels and grain size levels increased. In optimum conditions, the maximum desulfurization rate of Xinyu coal (>50mm/>1.8g· m-3) reached95.23%.5. Organic sulfur institutions change of oxidation removal under different conditions, XPS analysis of representative coal samples, overall mercaptan sulfur sulfide removal works best, followed by sulfoxide, thiophene removal of sulfur worst.
