As energy saving materials and low carbon environmental technology,remanufacturing technology is concerned by manufacturing industry once again.Remanufacturing technology, as the new technology, is to realize the Chinese dreamand sustainable development. Remanufacturing is an industrial engineering to satisfyenergy saving, to achieve sustainable development of the industry and to reuse scrapparts resources. Combining computer simulation, path planning, informationtechnology and other related technology, Scrap parts is re-playing a new part of thefunction by remanufacturing technology. It reduces the impact on the surroundingenvironment. Brush plating repairing technology, melt remanufacturing, thermalspraying remanufacturing technology and etc. are used remanufacturing in common.Thermal spray application is most widely used in remanufacturing projects.This thesis established a rapid prototyping platform based on the experimentalplasma spraying equipment. Remanufacturing experimental has designs and digitalanalyzed platform by using3D modeling software as UG, Solidworks, etc. A1:1virtual model plasma has been built of remanufacturing equipment according to theactual size of the plasma spraying laboratory. A reduced scale experimental sprayingequipment has been built for verifying spraying program and track.The structure of experimental platform is studied in this thesis. Plasmaremanufactured equipment is virtual modeled by CAD software. Selected a sprayStructure can satisfy the requirements for further study of the program. Plasma guncontrol structure has been design and improved to satisfy requirements of complexsurface plasma spray remanufacturing under the premise of simple and versatilityrequest. The key parts of the model have studied about the force situation. The stresshave been analyzed on the key parts of the forces by using ANSYS simulationfunction to improving the structural design to prevent stress concentration and fatiguedamage. Vibration effect has been simulated by using ADAMS software. Combinedwith three-dimensional solid modeling and testing equipment, control programs havebeen written to realize the plasma spraying remanufacturing process.
