With most of our oilfields have reached middle-final phase of petroleumexploitation, the water content of oilfield production fluid generally up to90%, someeven reached98%. Oilfield wastewater contains produced wastewater and drillingwastewater and so on. And the waste water treatment amount grows every year andincrease the load of ground sewage treatment system. So it is important to improvethe efficiency of sewage treatment. From the former researches, it is found that the efficiency of oil-wastewaterseparation of coalescence-uniform flux separator combined with the coalescenceapparatus could greatly improve. We found that although the oil droplets with largeparticles size can be separated through the special shape design ofcoalescence-uniform flux separator and coalescence principle of filters. But most ofthe oil droplets with tiny particle size which below1μm still can’t be separated fromthe water. In this article we adopts the method of adding demulsifies into the oilywastewater to make the small droplets coalescence, increase the droplets size andreduce the number of oil droplets with particle size below1μm and increase theseparation efficiency. Through the selection of chemicals to select the optimal agentand choose the most efficient location via dosing location experiment and finallycombine the use of agent with coarse graining device and coalescence-uniform fluxseparator and study its combine effect. The result shows that the oil removal rate ofthe coalescence-uniform flux separator could reach over80%after treated through thereverse demulsifier and coarse graining device. Compare with the field settling tankthe processing efficiency is568times as field settling tank at the maximumflow5.76m3/d which dramatically improve the oil removal efficiency, and achieve thepurpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
