With the worldwide environmental laws and regulations continue to strictly, crudeoil quality decreased year by year and people’s growing awareness of environmentalprotection, the sulfur content in the fuel oil requirements are more stringent. The researchand development of new hydrogenation desulfurization technologies andcatalysts for fueloil hydrogenation process, which has become the urgent need of hydrofining. With respectto the carbides and nitrides, transition metal phosphides not only have similar physicalproperties, but also have better hydrodesulfurization activity,sulfur resistance, resistance topoisoning and carbon deposition, and the catalyst Ni2P has the bestperformance. Composite oxide carrier is one of the key research inrecent yearshydrotreating catalyst, which has not only the advantage of single component oxide carrier,but also more effective adjustment of the character vector, can complement each otherbetween different carrier superiority, has broad prospects.In this paper, a series of different atomic ratios of TiO2-ZrO2, SiO2-ZrO2, TiO2-SiO2,TiO2-SiO2-ZrO2composite oxides were prepared by sol-gel method, using impregnationmethod Ni2P load on the support, using temperature programmed a series of load type Ni2Phydrotreating catalyst was prepared by reduction method, in a high-pressure micro reactoraccording to the model compounds containing two benzene and thiophene and pyridinehydrogenation catalytic desulfurization, denitrogenation research. Study on the atomicratio of carrier, carrier roasting conditions, in situ reductive conditions and reactionconditions on the hydrogenation performance, and through the design of orthogonalexperiment to optimize the reaction conditions of hydrogenation refining process.The experimental results are as follows: the hydrotreating performance of activegroup of hydrofining catalyst Ni2P load in TiO2-ZrO2, SiO2-ZrO2, TiO2-SiO2two elementcomposite oxide carriers in loading of Ni2P/SiO2-ZrO2catalyst25wt%has outstanding, inthe reaction conditions for the pressure3MPa, reaction temperature340℃, hydrogen oilratio spacevelocity500,4h-1reaction conditions Ni2P/SiO2-ZrO2, catalyst in the atomicratio of Si to Zr as0.8:0.2hydrofining catalyst, HDS conversion rate reached98.21%,hydrodenitrogenation catalyst was as high as98.39%. Loading amount of activecomponents of20wt%Ni2P/TiO2-SiO2-ZrO2in the reaction pressure3MPa, reactiontemperature360℃, hydrogen oil ratio, space velocity400,3h-1reaction conditions,catalyst carrier atom ratio of Ti:Si:Zr=0.80:0.15:0.05hydrofining catalystwas the best,hydrogenation desulfurization conversion rate reached98.99%, plus HDN catalyst was ashigh as97.04%.
