With the development of society, it is necessary for our country to increase the needs of energy, it will play a important role in our energy structure in afterwards time, but, with the increased needs and incessant mining of coal, the location of the mine lane become increasingly complex, lots of lane surrounding rock is comparatively broken and distribution of stress is also complex, taking the810m roadway belt conveyor of Huai Nan Coal Corporation as an example, it locates between up work surface and down work surface, the movement between up work surface and down work surface will be affected, lane surrounding rock is broken, stress distribution of surrounding rock is complex, it will bring lots of bad factor to the digging and support of lane mining.Author will analysis the plastic area of lane surrounding rock, according to the principle of Drucker-Prager, study different coefficient of horizontal pressure and middle stress and changing trend of lane plastic area. We choose FLAC3D SYS WELD, we make sure the vertical level via the analysis of surrounding rock plastic, we dig cried road on work surface of different distance, the stress and displacement of lane surrounding rock are different, we should find a rational horizontal place and work surface, vying comparing different situation, so as to make it easily to dig and support lane. After making sure the place of lane, we should analysis the stress distribution in digging process, after digging lane, we should analysis the result of it, and draw a safety and feasible measure on basic of some theories.
