With Daqing Oilfield exploration into the late high water, and integrated water content ofcrude oil increased year by year, there is currently widespread low production systemefficiency, high cost and energy consumption, high fluid volume and increased back-pressureground pipelines and other issues. Daqing oil DQ-16block applied a large number of cyclicprocesses, among the mining process there were some individual wells back which pressurewas high, and some back-pressure pipelines up to2MPa which were more serious impactingon the oil production. This paper analyzed the block oilfield adverse impact on the high backpressure for oil production and use PIPESIM software for multiphase flow simulation analysisof the impact of the drop transport temperature, fluid volume, diameter size, and the wateredamount of back pressure on the wellhead whereby the secondary back pressure to find areasonable and effective treatment methods. In addition, the existing problems of the Daqingoilfield blocks for data analysis to identify the cause of the high back pressure of the wellhead.The studies have shown that: Pipeline wax is the main reason for the high wellhead backpressure, excessive number of this plug-in wells, oil return line is too long, thin oil return pipediameter migraine affects the wellhead back pressure. According to the Daqing oilfield wellsblock group produces high back pressure causes and crude oil gathering and transportationconditions of their properties and relationships combined with the actual situation, thecorresponding control measures were proposed, which includes: wellhead installationelectromagnetic Wax, a reasonable amount of control neat, well split the excessive number oftrees hanging and improved partial small diameter trees. Through these comprehensivemeasures, it can effectively reduce the wellhead back pressure to ensure normal productionwells, but also able to achieve an increase in crude oil production purposes, and to promotethe level of the ground gathering and transportation technology. Therefore, according to theexisting wellhead back pressure comprehensive management as the basis of researchexperience,greatly reduce the wellhead back pressure to improve productivity of oil and gasgathering system, and toward faster, smaller,more energy-efficient direction.
