Chemical liquid hydrocarbon medium enterprises through the loading crane loading armsystem is a long-established chemical enterprises universal loading system. Conventionalliquid hydrocarbon materials on-site loading system is composed of pumps, process pipingand site loading crane arm piping system. Its loading operations are performed by the wholeprocess of operation of the workers on site observation and manual operation completed.Confined quantitative loading control device system is the instrument automation andcontrol technology, computer control technology, network technology, communicationtechnology and traditional techniques, such as crane arm loading systems combine automatedliquid hydrocarbon materials distributed control loading systems and centralized managementcapabilities.In this paper, steam, train loading farm products filling the background of thedevelopment of quantitative loading control system automatically closed. System consists ofupper and lower machine composed of two parts. Through the loading process of the analysisand research, establish control object and purpose of the control system controls. Designedcontrol system truly become a field-oriented control system. In this system, a closed system isa quantitative loading control with RS485standard industrial bus-based Distributed loadingcontrol system.This paper presents the overall design scheme sealed quantitative loading control system,system hardware configuration, network communication configuration scheme and programdevelopment plan. The system has a remote control, alarm monitoring, historical trend curvequery, reporting, printing more comprehensive functionality. Has been put into production, thesystem is stable, works well.
