Research On Safety Evaluation Technology Of The Rural Township Drinking Water Sources

Along with the advantage of urbanization in China, the problem of safety of ruraldrinking water source area has become increasingly outstanding: the arbitrary discharge ofdomestic sewage that untreated, fertilizer and pesticide, feces of culture animal, industrialwastewater of the township and other environmental problems threaten the safety ofdrinking water sources areas, which is affecting the population’s health. The environment ofrural drinking water source area is in need of urgent improvement, and it is instant andespecially important that the protection and safety evaluation of water source area.Based on the relevant literatures in home and abroad, According to the actual situationof rural drinking water source area in China, this paper conducted a series of studies on thesafety evaluation theory of rural drinking water source area, index system and evaluationmodel, through case study providing the theoretical basis and technical support for theprotection work of rural drinking water source area. The content is as follows:(1) Explaining the safety connotation of drinking water sources areas, this papermainly puts forward five aspects about the safety evaluation of rural drinking water sourcearea, which are water quantity safety evaluation, water quality safety evaluation, ecologysafety evaluation, engineering management evaluation, emergency capability evaluation.(2) Construct the safety evaluation index system of drinking water sources areasincluding target layer, criterion layer and index layer.(3) According to the evaluation content of five aspects, establish five subsystemevaluation model, every subsystem take the optimum index data process method and weight determination method according to their index numeric feature and index relationship. Afterthe standardization of the evaluation result of every subsystem, conduct comprehensiveevaluation on rural drinking water source area based on comprehensive evaluation modelconstructed by AHP weighted technology.(4) Finally, take Longwangshan reservoir as a case study for the method, preliminaryresults demonstrated the rationality, practicality, maneuverability, analysis of the existingproblems of the water source area and putting forward the corresponding protectionmeasures.This paper introduces some new evaluation index in the research process, making upthe evaluation standard and evaluation method used to rural drinking water source area.Expand the safety evaluation theory system of drinking water source area, providingreferences for the further research of the safety evaluation of rural drinking water sourcearea, making the content of security work of rural drinking water more clear and resultsmore effective.
