| When an oil well has multiple the oil layers, because of the pressure, physical propertiesand crude oil properties between oil layers, different layers often interfere with each other.Therefore, in order to reduce or eliminate the interference between layers, separate-layerproduction should be performed. Layered production string is the main tools and transmissioncomponents when separate-layer production is performed. Stability of layered productionstring has a significant impact on the efficiency of oil production.The main contents of this research are:1. This paper simply introduced the development of the layered production technologyand the development of string mechanics theory in both domestic and overseas, andanalyzed the structure of layered production string and their operating principles.2. Based on the whole structure of the Layered Production String,this paper establishedthe mechanical model of layered production string, and considered about four basiceffects which could influence the displacement of the string, and then obtained thebasic differential equations about the string in a three-dimensional curved hole.3. According to the basic differential equations, this paper designed the algorithm aboutlayered production string and gived different boundary conditions about tools underwell.4. Finally, this paper write a layered production technology string mechanics analysissoftware which can calculate the displacements and stresses in different nodes andconditions.5. At the end of this paper, by using this software, this paper obtained the displacementsand stresses about the33-P250well in setting status, removing the string status andproduction status.The solutions of this software can provides scientific methods of analysis for designingthe structure of layered production string, choosing the down hole tools and theirconfigurations. All of these have great significance for improving the workmanship of layeredproduction strings. |
