| Because of the characteristics of heavy oil with high viscosity, poor mobility, thisresults great difficulty of development. With the development of the industry more andmore demand for oil, the status of the exploitation of heavy oil is increasingly important.This paper optimizes the design of the heavy oil exploitation.It is significant to thedevelopment plan of heavy oil field.Based on the home and abroad fully researches about heavy oil field developmentproject design concept and the actual production experience, we design the wholedevelopment scheme of heavy oil field in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region MCounty A block. This paper starts with the basic reservoir data, reservoir heterogeneity,water type, rock sensitivity, rock and fluid properties, reservoir and each layer ofspecific heat coefficient is analyzed, and evaluates the reservoir temperature pressuresystem, the result shows that the reservoir is normal temperature and pressure system.By using the logging data,it predicts the formation pressure. According to oil reservoirengineering theory and numerical simulation method to determine the mining scheme; ituses volumetric method and petrel software to calculate the geological reserves;experience formula method to count the oil recovery efficiency and recoverable reserves;the economic limit method to determine the target block in different well patterns ofeconomic limit well density and spacing. We use the well adaptability CMG software tosimulate the heavy oil on the target area development plan design, numerical simulationis steam flooding. Select200℃inverted five spot well pattern of200m×200m+400m×150m of vertical and horizontal wells combined well pattern. Thestraight well proration20m3/d, horizontal well production allocation for40m3/dproduces the highest degree, cumulative oil recovery reaches3.80477×106m3.And thescheme evaluates economic evaluation. |
