| Two-component water-borne coatings are widely used than one-component water-bornecoatings because it has more advantages. In recent years, many studies are mostly about thesynthesis of modified isocyanate component. The study of hydroxyl component is also mostlyabout dyhydroxy, however, little research in such aspect in domesticacademic circle, also itswater resistance is not so good. And the existence of a variety of additives on coating properties oftwo-component water-borne coatings have influence. In this paper, two-componentwaterborne acrylic resin is the research object, Through the study of hydroxylcomponent synthesis modification can make thecoating properties of the resin have the preferredformulation. In this paper, methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA), acrylic acid (AA) and2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) are the main raw materials. Azobisisobutyronitrile takespart in transfer reactions. Prepairthe pre polymer resin by free radical polymerization. Then usetriethylamine to neutralize and achieve salinization. Prefabricate good water resistance ofwaterborne acrylic resin water dispersion. Finally make coatings the curing agent of isophoronediisocyanate (IPDI) in a certain proportion, test and compare the performance of coatings.Discuss in the synthesis process of waterborne acrylic resin, the value of MMA:AA, AA ratio, the amount of HEA, molecular weight, etc, these factors effect on theproperties of water solutionof the resin and curing properties of the coating. Discuss the effects of coating performancebetween3different kinds of isocyanate curing. Discuss the effects of coating performancebetween diffrent curing temperatures and curing parameters Rt.In this paper, we measure, analysis and characterize the structure of waterborne acrylic resinvia the test instrument of laser particle size analysis and fourier transform infraredspectroscopy (FTIR).Finally we come to conclusions that the coating has the best combination property when themolecular weight of acrylic resin is5000, MMA:BA=1:1, The ratio of AA is0.2, Rt=1.7. |
