The Researches On Rural Ecological Construction In Light Of Marxism Ecological View

The construction of ecological civilization is the major part of the socialism construction with Chinese characteristics. The18th congress put’ ecological civilization’again in the report of congress of party representatives, and it indicates that the party puts great emphasis on the construction of ecological civilization. The issue of ecological civilization construction in country is closely related to the’new village’construction and the progress of the whole society. There are many problems and obstacles in the countryside ecological civilization construction, therefore, to pace up the construction of countryside ecological civilization is the urgent target now. Marxism ecological view is based on the harmony of human and nature, predictive and penetrating. There are many classic thoughts which are still useful to the present construction of ecological civilization in countryside.This paper makes a review about the status quo of the researches on the Marxism ecological view and the relative construction, arguing that they are not systematic and too superficial so that they cannot solve the problems in the process of construction despite the fact that the researches about country ecological civilization construction are rewarding. This paper is based on the analysis of Marxism ecological view, pointing out that it is meaningful to China’s countryside ecological construction, and ecological view can help promote the soft power of countryside.The author holds that after so many years of construction of socialism new villages, achievements have been made in ecological construction, such as the advancing of country economy, the promoting of living environment, the perfection of service and the enrichment of farmers’life. However, it cannot be ignored that remaining problems affecting the construction of country ecological civilization, such as the pollution of farming, trash, town enterprises, etc. The reasons attributing to this problem vary:the dual structure of town and village has hindered the construction of ecological civilization; farmers’lack of ecological view and backward view towards development has polluted the environment frequently; the inadequacy of the relative laws results in the problems about administrating of the work. The lack of money and technology leads to the waste of resources and the damage of environment. The lagging behind of country economy worsen the country ecological environment.Based on the deep analysis of the problems and reasons existing in the construction of ecological civilization, this paper puts forward some measures needed:perfecting the education on country environment to raise rural citizens’ ecological view, perfecting the system of relative laws to ensure the administration of country environment, perfecting the way of raising and using funds to resolve the lack of money, strengthening the control of town enterprises’ pollution to control environment pollution, promoting the living environment, pacing up ecological farming to ease the influence on country environment of farming.
